M/s Interport Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is an officially registered Company in India, having registered itself in 2005 and having todate the required registration and approvals from the Govt. of India for conducting Marine Correspondency and Consultancy.
Over the years, having gained the valuable status in India as Correspondents of twelve ( 12 ) International Insurers, either international P&I Clubs or H&M Underwriters or even General i.e. for both P&I and H&M in case of Insurance Companies, namely some Russian Insurance Companies in the latter case, M/s Interport Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. has been structured to perform as independent dedicated Correspondents in India for all the Clubs/Underwriters to whom we provide such correspondency services on All-India basis.
M/s Interport Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is also able to provide, as Marine Claims Specialists, in the investigation and handling of Marine Cargo claims, F.D.& D., Admiralty, personal injury, stowaways, pollution, collisions, charter-party disputes etc., whether for international P&I Clubs / H&M Underwriters and their Members or directly for Shipowners. We take prompt and professional care of their interests in all such marine matters and more. From investigations to maritime solutions to negotiations and settlement, we handle claims from A to Z including coordinating w.r.t. provision of Clubs’ Letters of Undertaking or alternative guarantees and/or the appointment of dedicated Marine Lawyers, as and when required.
